If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products to the original payment method.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where a genuine pricing error has occurred.

8. Pricing Errors

Estimated arrival and dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by manufacturing, supplier, customs, freight or other delays outside our reasonable control.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that the estimated timeframe may change.

If there is a significant delay to a pre-order, we will endeavour to provide an update where reasonably possible.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock products may be held and shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by shipping carriers, weather events, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for keeping gift card details secure.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe a gift card has been used without authorisation.

All content on the Storyfolk website, including our branding, logo, graphics, photographs, written copy, collection concepts, website design and original creative content, is owned by or licensed to Storyfolk unless otherwise stated.
