Shipping Policy
At Storyfolk, we know the very best kind of mail is the kind filled with tiny treasures. We carefully pack each order and send it on its way from our home in Perth, Western Australia.
Processing Times
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days unless otherwise specified at checkout.
During new collection launches, seasonal releases and other especially magical (and busy!) times, we may need a little longer to prepare your order. Any significant delays will be communicated via our website or email.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or Western Australian public holidays.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your Storyfolk treasures on their journey home.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, Storyfolk may offer special treasures for pre-order.
Estimated dispatch timeframes will be clearly noted on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
If you would like your in-stock items sent separately, please place these as a separate order.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please take a moment to check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change or redirect your parcel.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos.
We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate and find an appropriate solution.
Please do not discard damaged packaging or items until we have had the opportunity to review your claim, as photos or further information may be required.
International Shipping
At this stage, Storyfolk ships within Australia only.
We hope to send our little treasures further afield in the future. Keep an eye on our website and social channels for updates.
